• Ms Cyndi

  My name is Cyndi Murphy and I am the on-site owner at the Goddard School located in Murfreesboro TN. I am thrilled to have opened a Goddard School in Murfreesboro, bringing the best quality education and care to the families in the surrounding area. I am a firm believer in the Goddard program as I was a Goddard corporate employee for 9 years and my responsibility was supporting franchisees and directors by opening new schools throughout the country. It was the most rewarding job I have ever had, until now. I am passionate about Early Childhood Education. I possess a Master's Degree in ECE and have been in the profession for over 40 years. I'm looking forward to partnering with your family in the education and care of your children.

• Alicia

  Ms. Alicia has 17 years of experience working in early childhood education. She is a former lead teacher, employee and mentor trainer, and assistant director. She has a true passion for growing big hearts for God and setting an educational foundation as well as helping lead others to grow in their teaching career. She enjoys spending time with her extended family, making memories with friends, attending church followed by Sunday brunch, home projects, and going on adventures with her husband and three children. As for hobbies, Ms. Alicia enjoys making things with her Cricut, shopping, and living life to the fullest!

• Tyler

  Ms. Tyler has her Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Education from Millikin University. She has been working professionally with children for 12 years, both in the classroom and in school administration. Ms. Tyler enjoys reading, going to movies and eating great food.

• Brooklynn

  Brooklyn has 6 years of experience in an early education setting. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends outside of work.

• Catherine

  Ms. Cat has been teaching in an early education program for 4 years, was a nanny for 2 and spent 5 years as an on-line tutor in Math and English. Ms. Cat enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

• Caylin

  Ms. Caylin has been teaching young children professionally for the last eight years. She enjoys loving and caring for young children as well as watching them learn. She is a proud mom of two and enjoys spending time with her family.

• Cheyenne

  Ms. Cheyenne has 1 year of experience working with children in an early education setting. She enjoys shopping in her spare time.

• Ericka

  Ms. Ericka has been working with children for over 15 years in an early education setting. She graduated from Christ Missionary School and enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

• Hailey

  Ms. Hailey has been working with children since 2023. She is a mother herself, she loves to dance, and crochet. One of her goals is to be an elementary art teacher. One of her favorite book series is "Junie B. Jones."

• Kelsey

  Kelsey will be graduating next semester from Motlow State Community College with an Associates Degree. She has spent many years working with young children and has 2 young children of her own. Kelsey enjoys doing crafts and being with her family.

• Kimberly

  Ms. Kim has had 17 years of teaching experience. She has much knowledge of The Wonder of Learning and Quality Assurance Protocols. Mrs. Kim is a wife and a mom and has a passionate commitment to helping students learn and grow.

• Leanne

  Leanne has a Master's Degree in English Composition. She has been working with children in an early education center for 2 years prior to coming to Goddard. Leanne enjoys reading, baking and playing games.

• Maria

  Maria has an AA in Accounting. She has spent 3 years teaching in a licensed center. In Maria's spare time she enjoys walking, spending time with family and sewing.

• Payton

  Payton is currently working on her degree in Early Childhood Education. She has several years experience working in a early education program. In her spare time she enjoys art, reading and Bible journaling.

• Samantha

  Ms. Sam is currently working on her Child Development Credential. She has three years experience working professionally with children. She loves reading, hiking, crafting, and hanging out with friends.

• Shelly

  Ms. Shelly graduated from MTSU with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies K-8. She has experience working with children for over 20 years. Ms. Shelly is a mom, wife, church VBS volunteer, and loves scrapbooking and animals.

• Shelly

  Ms. Shelly has over 20 years of experience in childcare. She spent many of those years teaching preschool and as a scout leader for boys and girls of all ages. Ms. Shelly enjoys crafting, making wreaths,and is a proud soccer mom to her daughter.

• Addison

  Addison is a student at MTSU studying Education as a minor. She has experience with children in a babysitting capacity and is excited to get into the field of education working with children at The Goddard School. Outside of work Addison enjoys reading, painting, spending time with her family and planting.

• Ashley

  Ms. Ashley has completed college courses and has worked in Murfreesboro City Schools. Ms. Ashley has 3 children of her own and enjoys being home with her family in her spare time.

• Brenna

  Brenna has worked with children since 2018. She is a mother of three children and loves spending time with family and playing with their dogs. Her favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle.

• Cori

  Ms. Cori has been in an early childcare setting and has nannied since 2017. She has her Bachelor's Degree is Biology/Zoology from Ball State University. She has a very active little boy at home. She enjoys baking, doing puzzles, and taking her son and his friends on outings to the trampoline park. Her favorite children's books are "Dragons Love Tacos" and "The Rainbow Fish."

• Emilie

  Ms. Emilie has been working with children since 2020. She is currently attending Gordan State College pursuing Interdisciplinary Studies. She is currently engaged and wedding planning! She enjoys sporting events, baking, reading, and listening to music. Some of her favorite children's book series are "Magic Tree House," "Nancy Drew," "Amelia Bedelia," and "Eric Carle."

• Hannah

  Hannah has over 8 years of experience in an early education program as a teacher and an administrator. She has 3 children 11, 9 and 5 and loves spending time with her family.

• Jada

  Ms. Jada has 2 years of experience working with children in an early education setting. She enjoys being outside, loves music related activities.

• Joslyn

  Joslyn is currently studying at MTSU as a physical education major. She loves playing pickleball and enjoys working with children.

• Julie

  Ms. Julie has early childhood education courses and has 7.5 years of experience working with children. Ms. Julie is engaged and has a baby girl, she loves to paint and bake.

• Kaitlynn

  Ms. Kaitlyn has been taking care of children for 10+ years. She has three daughters, loves to be outdoors, and loves reading. Her favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle.

• Kathie

  Ms. Kathie has been working in childcare since 2009. She is pursuing her associate's degree in child development. She enjoys doing crafts and is active in her church. Her favorite children's book is "Love You Forever" by Robert Munsch.

• Kayla

  Kayla has a BS in Marketing. She comes to us with 8 years of experience as a nanny and child care educator. She enjoys crafts, video games and going to pilates class.

• Kiara

  Ms. Kiara is currently a junior at MTSU working on her accounting degree, she has worked in childcare for two years and when she is not studying loves hanging out with her friends, scrapbooking and taking care of her cat Louie.

• Kourtnei

  Kourtnei has a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Studies. She has experience working with children in a church setting for several years. Outside of work Kourtnei loves to read, listen to music and cook.

• LaVanda

  Ms. Lavanda has 28 years of experience working with children in various settings. She graduated from Southwestern Illinois State University. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and church activities.

• McKenna

  Ms. McKenna is currently attending MTSU majoring in Elementary Education. She enjoys reading, writing and singing.

• Michelle

  Ms. Michelle has two years of experience working with children. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Food Science and a Minor in Agricultural Studies. Ms. Michelle is a mom of two beautiful girls and they love to go to The Nashville Zoo, baking, and taking their dog Roxy on walks at The Greenway.

• Sierra

  Ms. Sierra has been in the childcare field since 2018. She has had the privilege of working with children from infancy all the way to Pre-K. She is passionate about supporting early development and creating an engaging environment. She enjoys gardening and the outdoors. One of her favorite children's books is "Collin Chameleon."

• Sydney

  Ms. Sydney has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with minors in Spanish and mental health services. She has nannied and babysat since 2020. She enjoys baking, painting, scrapbooking, journaling, and a pet-lover. Her favorite children's books are "Oh The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss and The Llama Llama book series.

• Teyanna

  Ms. Teyanna has an Associates Degree in Health Sciences. She is the oldest of 4 siblings and has been working in an Early Education setting for 2 years. Ms. Teyanna enjoys traveling and being with her children.

• Janice

  Ms. Janice has worked professionally with children for 21 years. She has experience as a teacher and director. Ms. Janice enjoys crafting, reading, and traveling.

• Joy

  Ms. Joy has her Associate's Degree in Early Childcare and Development from Bob Jones University. She has been in childcare since 2012 and loves the way children learn and explore. Ms. Joy is married and has three girls. She loves spending time with her family, singing, and going to the movies.
